Leonard Wood Retires from Board of Directors; SACHEM Welcomes Michelle Goolsby onto its Board

Additionally, Michelle P. Goolsby, formerly the Executive Vice President of Development, Sustainability and Corporate Affairs at Dean Foods, which is headquartered in Dallas, Texas, has joined SACHEM’s Board.  Since her retirement Goolsby also serves on the Boards of Capstead Mortgage Corporation, a publicly held REIT, Greenmont Capital Partners, a private equity firm, WhiteWave Foods, a publicly traded company and Vitamin Angels, a nonprofit charity. She is a Founding Member of The Center for Women in Law at The University of Texas School of Law and serves as a Trustee of The University of Texas Law School Foundation. “Michelle brings strong credentials to help guide SACHEM as we delve into matters related to strategy, acquisitions, administration and other Board matters.
