The poster, titled “Obtaining High Purity, High Recovery With High Capacity All At Once: Purifying Oligonucleotides Using Displacement Chromatography and New Displacer Molecules” demonstrates the value of SACHEM’s displacers and displacement chromatography. SACHEM’s displacers, such as  Propell™ offer a simple way to convert ion exchange analytical columns into effective tools for obtaining large quantities (100+ mg) of purified oligonucleotides in a single displacement run. Propell™ displacers are uniquely designed to work effectively in displacement mode yet are still easily removed from chromatography columns.
