Foley succeeds John Mooney, who has led SACHEM for decades and will continue to support the company as Chairman of the Board. The appointment reflects SACHEM’s planned leadership transition and continued focus on long-term growth, operational excellence, and customer partnership.

Foley brings more than three decades of leadership experience across specialty chemical, advanced materials, and industrial businesses. Throughout his career, he has successfully guided both public and privately held companies through growth, transformation, operational improvement, and value creation initiatives. His leadership experience includes serving as chief executive of multiple specialty chemical companies and leading organizations through periods of commercial expansion and strategic growth.
