Endura CSG™ 7930 is a clay stabilizer used in aqueous based stimulation treatments that include fracturing, completions and work-over treatments. It outperforms other products in the market. Engineered for water-based fracturing or acidizing in clay sensitivity formations, it prevents permeability damage and improved productivity as it prevents clay swelling and fines migration.
Reservoir & Production Benefits
Operational, HSE & Cost Benefits
Effective temporary and permanent clay stabilizer in a single product.
Stabilizes kaolinite and illite clays or fine quartz that may have a silicate fines issue.
In smectite and mixed-layer clays, it protects against swelling or sloughing.
Non-polymer with low molecular weight unlike typical permanent clay stabilizers.
Leaves sand and silicates water-wet to improve hydrocarbon production in sandstones.
A di-quat with 2 functional groups that to make it more effective than products with 1 group.
Lower total cost of ownership given its higher performance. Lower dosages are possible based on total clay content in the formation to be treated.
A liquid additive with a lower footprint in the field. Avoids the need of costly mixing equipment, man-power and bag disposal of bagged additives.
Compatible with conventional water-based fracturing fluids with no observed detrimental effect on treatment fluid viscosity.
Low environmental footprint and improved toxicity profile versus commonly used products.
In Drilling Fluids, assists in cutting dispersion and reduces accretion on the bit.
