AUSTIN, TEXAS \u2013 March 18, 2025 \u2013 SACHEM, Inc., a premier supplier of high-purity, precision-based chemistries, has agreed to sell its Asia business operations to NAGASE & CO., LTD. in Tokyo, Japan. The pending sale strengthens Nagase\u2019s ability to serve Asia-based customers and allows SACHEM to focus on building its business in specific sectors. Financial details of the sale were not disclosed. Closing of the transaction and a carefully choreographed handover of operations and assets is expected to take up to nine months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SACHEM and Nagase have worked together for 15 years via a joint venture called SN Tech, a pioneering effort to collect and recycle TMAH waste solutions to the TFT\/FPD markets. The partnership recently made investments to meet the evolving needs of the Integrated Circuit market. SN Tech, along with SACHEM\u2019s assets in Osaka and Wuxi, sales offices in Taiwan and Shanghai, and SN Tech, a joint venture with Nagase, will convey to Nagase as part of the transaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
