Commercial Applications for the Mobius System™
SACHEM's first commercial recycle facility began production in July 2006 and has been recycling Tetramethylammonium Hydroxide (TMAH) in an off-site facility for three fabs.

At the end of 2008, the Sharp G-10 fab in Sakai, Japan will begin production and will rely on SACHEM's Mobius System™  to remove TMAH out of their water for re-use.  In addition, the water at the Sharp Sakai facility will be efficiently recycled for production use with >99% of the TMAH already removed.

Building on-site for new fab construction and off-site for existing fabs are both proven models which are designed to provide  lower operational costs, 100% flexibility in the TMAH supply chain, and a fundamentally improved ROI.
