At the end of 2008, the Sharp G-10 fab in Sakai, Japan will begin production and will rely on SACHEM's Mobius System™ to remove TMAH out of their water for re-use.  The water at the Sharp Sakai facility will, as well, be efficiently recycled for production use with >99% of the TMAH already removed. 

Building on-site for new fab construction and off-site for existing fabs are both proven models which are designed to provide  lower operational costs, 100% flexibility in the TMAH supply chain, and a fundamentally improved ROI.
