Utilizing SACHEM’s quaternary ammonium salts, quaternary ammonium hydroxides and phosphonium hydroxides as strong organic bases or catalysts adjust pH and prevent unwanted reactions.  Useful in a variety of reactions, these compounds prevent typical problems associated with common volatile compounds and the addition of metal contamination.

Our customers typically apply these products in field applications including polycarbonates, polyesters, silicones, polyurethanes, and rubber production.
