SACHEM also offers The Mobius System™, a TMAH recycling service which is a ‘Green' alternative to traditional TMAH waste disposal techniques currently in use by semiconductor and LCD producers, while offering an overall lower cost of ownership for lithography developing. The technology is capable of capturing a wide range of TMAH waste streams through on-site installation thus allowing Fabs to bypass the need for further waste processing such as concentration and bio-treatment.
