EXPELL™ RP
Expell™ displacers coupled with displacement chromatography enable significant improvements in protein purity and yield in laboratory and large scale production.  Expell™ RP is SACHEM’s family of displacers specifically designed for reverse phase chromatography.  Expell™ RP displacers have the necessary affinity towards reverse phase chromatography media and can be predictably scaled up from lab to production scale.  Regeneration protocols are provided to effectively and reproducibly remove the displacers from the chromatography column.

Used in high loading displacement mode Expell™ displacers offer the following benefits:
  • Protein is displaced off column at high concentration and high purity
  • Purified protein contains only loading buffer allowing users to proceed directly to the next step without additional processing
  • Only the last few fractions of the final component contain Expell™ RP which can be readily removed via dialysis or ultra filtration.
  • This is a reproducible process that scales up reliably.

Expell™ displacers can be used with SACHEM's Regenerate™ reagents.
