Our policy and actions regarding REACH registration are as follows:

• Pre-registration: SACHEM will pre-register the product we supply to our customers (including the by-products if they fall within the scope of REACH). SACHEM will therefore continue to deliver the product after December 1st 2008.
• Raw materials: The raw materials, that are purchased in Europe and are necessary to produce the product(s) that SACHEM supplies to you, will in most cases be registered by our supplier (producer or importer). We already have verified this. After December 1st 2008 we will be able to source the necessary raw materials to produce your product.
• Registration: SACHEM will register the products after the pre-registration period. Registration will take place before the deadline, so depending on the production volume 2010, 2013 or 2018. In the course of this year we will understand exactly which timeline applies to the product(s) supplied to you. Be aware that some products will be registered as "Transport Intermediate" and other as "Substance". SACHEM will make sure that the product(s) are registered in time and accurately independent of the deadline and type of registration.
• You might be contacted to provide further information regarding the use of our product(s) in the future.
• SACHEM Europe B.V. will be the only representative for other SACHEM companies, located outside the European Union.
