Regenerate™ Q
Together with SACHEM's protocols, these products will ensure reproducible results with displacement chromatography.

2.0M NaCl or NaBr is often adequate to remove Q displacers.  However, for improved efficiency and performance we offer a variety of enhanced regeneration agents.

We offer a number of choices that vary by pH.  Choice of pH is based upon individual system requirements or personal preference.  Use 5-10 column volumes at an appropriate flow rate for your system.

Regenerate™ Q-N is a neutral regeneration agent (pH=7.0) for anion exchange columns. Regenerate™ Q-B is a basic regeneration agent (pH=12.0) for anion exchange columns.  Regenerate™ Q-A is an acidic regeneration agent (pH=2.0) for anion exchange columns. 


If you have no preference on pH, we recommend 8550 Regenerate™ Q-A.
