The Isolis System™ enables significant improvements in impurity profiling, process optimization, quality assurance and bio-comparability. Isolis™ Q is SACHEM’s family of displacers for use in anion exchange chromatography for these types of applications. They are designed to work with a wide range of anion exchange chromatography media yet are effectively removed under recommended regeneration conditions.
Advantages of using Isolis™ Q displacers in high loading displacement mode:
- Removes 90-99% of main component interference without affinity resins or prior knowledge of component identity.
- Impurities are concentrated (10-400X) in discrete zones between main component bands.
- Concentrated impurity zones contain low salt allowing more flexibility in analysis step.
