Description:描述

The project manager for China is responsible for developing, executing and leading all stages of major projects at the main production facility in Wuxi, China.  The projects will include expansions of process and infrastructure, new product introduction, plant support and maintenance capital improvements.  The position will require a strong knowledge of budget, timeline and program development as well as project control.  Process design and design management will be a critical component of the position.  Development of construction and vendor relationships will be a must.

  • Coordinate and support the Plant Manager in meeting production requirements

  • Coordinate and support the HSE and QC manager in developing safety improvements in the plant and necessary process information for permitting

Key Qualifications:主要资格要求


  • 10 years + experience working as a project manager or director for chemical plant projects as the lead in the project
  • 作为负责化学工厂类的项目经理或者项目总监，在项目中作为领导，有10年或以上工作经验
  • Bachelors Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
  • 化学或者机械工程学士学位
  • 5 years + experience working in a chemical process company or 10 years + working for and Engineering and Construction Company
  • 在化学工程公司有五年或以上工作经验，或者在工程师和建筑公司有十年或以上工作经验
  • Must be fluent in English
  • 英语流利
  • Native Chinese Speaking
  • 中文标准
  • 5 years + experience working for a foreign multinational company
  • 在一家跨国公司有五年或以上工作经验
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project and must
  • 熟练掌握AutoCAD，MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project
  • Proficient in Capital Budgeting, Timeline Development and Project Control
  • 熟练掌握资本预算、时间进程发展和工程控制

Must be willing to live in Wuxi China full time and must be willing to sign a secrecy agreement, non-compete agreement and 2 - 3 year contract.

必须自愿全职工作和居住在中国无锡并签订保密协议和互不竞争协议，工作合同期限为2-3年。
